AI on financial data and LGPD
Appointment, patient and financial data are sensitive. MSphere processes data in compliance with LGPD. The AI runs with validation rules and human review — and does not train models on the customer’s database.
What we do
We use data to provide the service: log, organize, generate insight and alerts, with business context and checks. The purpose is the product or the contracted project.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data. We do not train our own model on the customer’s history. In Open Finance, access depends on the holder’s consent, with scope and term.

No. The Brazilian model uses authorization through participating institutions, with consent. Fintrail, when available, follows that design — this page does not ask for internet-banking passwords.
