Made-to-fit projects
Software for the problem your operation already has
Off-the-shelf software does not fit your flow. Spreadsheets do not scale. Reports arrive too late. MSphere turns operations built on WhatsApp, spreadsheets and disconnected systems into integrated platforms — without requiring you to replace your ERP, CRM or bank.
For companies that grew on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and isolated systems and now need to turn that process into a centralized operation.
Book a 30-minute conversation to map the process and assess whether the project is viable.
What is usually broken
The critical process lives in a spreadsheet
Close, reconciliation, appointment tracking or the sales queue depend on someone copying data at the end of the day — and the error only shows up next month.
The data is scattered
WhatsApp, ERP, bank statements, email and a Drive folder. Nobody shares the same version of what happened, so decisions wait.
The team spends hours logging and following up
Record, classify, collect, restock. Repetitive work that does not go away by putting more people on WhatsApp.
The report arrives too late to decide
Leadership sees the consolidation the following week. Restocking, collections or who to serve next have already slipped.
The generic tool does not match how you work
Standard SaaS asks the operation to adapt to it. The real process — channel, exceptions, hours, customer — is left out.
What we typically build
01
Client portal and app
A logged-in area, app or panel so customers can follow orders, documents, status or balance — in the operational flow, not in a loose email.
02
WhatsApp support and operations automation
Logging, classification, queue and next step in the channel the team already uses. No swapping WhatsApp for another inbox.
03
Integration across ERP, spreadsheets and internal systems
Data stops being copied by hand. ERP, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and internal systems start talking — without a full migration.
04
Dashboards, alerts and automatic operational reports
A view on the day of operations: what to restock, collect, serve or review now, instead of next week’s consolidation.
Concrete situations
These are not named client case studies. They are typical slices of what MSphere builds — including in its own products.
Situation
A clinic or practice logs appointments and expenses on WhatsApp, and only closes the books at month-end in a spreadsheet.
What we build
Natural-language logging on the channel the doctor already uses, with an administrative history of patients and appointments and a financial dashboard. DoctorMoney is that slice for healthcare — not a full clinical EHR.
What changes
Data is captured when the event happens, not on Friday night. Reports and insight no longer depend on a spreadsheet.
Situation
A company with several accounts: statements as PDFs or internet banking, a consolidated view only at close.
What we build
Collection via Open Finance (with consent), metrics, charts and alerts. Fintrail is that slice for personal or business accounts.
What changes
Spend, patterns and what needs attention show up in the flow, not in a spreadsheet assembled afterwards.
Situation
A sales or support team classifies chats, chases follow-ups and ranks the queue by hand in WhatsApp.
What we build
An assistant in the same channel: it organizes, prioritizes and triggers the next step with operational context — without swapping WhatsApp for another inbox.
What changes
Fewer lost conversations. The team sees what to do now instead of digging through history.
Situation
A restocking, collections or triage operation: the manager reads a weekly report and decides too late.
What we build
An insight layer in the daily flow — what to buy, collect or serve today — connected to the system that already produces the data.
What changes
The decision happens on the day of the operation, not in next week’s meeting.
Who it is for
A fit if
- A company in Brazil with a defined process and a generic tool that is too generic for how you work.
- A team that already uses WhatsApp, spreadsheets, an ERP or a bank and does not want to migrate the whole operation.
- A healthcare, finance or services operation where the data exists but does not become a decision in time.
- A volume of manual work that already hurts: hours per week, not a one-off annoyance.
Probably not a fit if
- You only need an institutional site, a landing page or visual identity.
- You want a generic off-the-shelf app, with no process of your own to fit it into.
- You are looking for “AI” without a concrete operational problem — channel, data and a process owner.
- The request is to replace a fiscal ERP, accounting or a bank’s core system.
How it starts
We do not start with architecture, cloud or stack. We start with the process that hurts.
- 1
Mapping
A 30- to 45-minute conversation. Which process, which systems, what hurts, what you have already tried. No generic proposal at this step.
- 2
Scope cut
What is in, what is out, what to connect. In writing, without jargon — so you can validate it with the people who run the process.
- 3
First deliverable
A proposal for a usable slice, not a twelve-month project on paper. Scope, assumptions and what we need from your side.
- 4
Short cycles
Build with the team that runs the process, until it is live. Then evolve it — not an endless project with no owner.
Map my process
In an initial conversation we understand the current flow, the bottlenecks and what is worth automating. No commitment.

Frequently asked questions
No. DoctorMoney and Fintrail are ready-made slices for specific routines. Beyond them, we build on-demand software — from a point integration to a module or platform — aligned with the flow you already use.
No. The idea is to connect AI, automation or a module to the ERP, WhatsApp, Open Finance or API that is already live. We do not replace a fiscal ERP or a bank core.
There is no public price list on this site. The mapping defines the slice; the proposal comes afterwards, with written scope. Contact: WhatsApp +55 31 9824-4605 or contato@msphere.com.br.
That is the focus of the proprietary products. The project model — integrate into the existing process, without a full migration — also applies to other operations with a clear owner, data and pain. If it is not a fit, we say so in the first conversation.
The AI page explains how we control automations: business context, validation and human review. This page is the commercial offer: the problem, the type of project, who it is for, and how the mapping starts.
